Fees to Landlords
Full Management Service: ONE month's rent + vAT (SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM FEE £600 + vat) then 12% + vat
- All services as for Let Only (see below) plus the following:
- Monitoring and collection of all rent payments
- Regular 6 monthly inspections of the property
- Dealing with repairs appropriately
- Dealing with tenants over all aspects of the tenancy so that landlords need not become directly involved
- Dealing with necessary notices to serve towards the end of the tenancy
- Arranging for extension of existing tenancy in appropriate cases
- Checking outgoing inventory
- Administering the return of the tenant's deposit
Let Only Service: FIVE WEEKS Rent + VAT (minimum FEE £650 + vat APPLIES)
- Arranging for prospective tenants to view property
- Processing applications, carrying out credit/reference searches and obtaining appropriate references
- Preparation of Inventory & Schedule of Condition
- Preparation of tenancy agreements
- Overseeing the signing of tenancy agreements
- Collection of first month's rent
let and Rent Collection Service:One Month’s Rent + VAT (SUBJECT TO A minimum FEE £600 + VAT) THEN £35 + VAT (£42 INClusive) per month
- Let Only Service Plus:
- Collection of first months rent
- Deduct any pre tenancy invoices
- Make any HMRC deduction and provide tenant with NRL8 (if relevant)
