Samuel Wood marketed both our old and new homes. Communication was excellent and the staff (especially Sue) worked hard to make sure everything went through as smoothly as possible keeping in regular contact with all parties including solicitors. We were kept up to date on progress at all stages.

Great service and a quick sale

Samuel Wood were brilliant from the very beginning. They gave us a clear understanding of what our house was worth and the best route to market. When we placed the property with them, they jumped into action and we had interest straight away. The house sold quickly for a good price.
