I am giving my comments / review about Gail Hines at the lettings department. Gail is so professional at her job trying to keep landlords and tenants happy. I truly do admire Gail because it must be a very difficult balancing act to keep both parties happy but Gail certainly does an amazing job doing this. Gail is wonderful at getting urgent jobs done ASAP. As a landlord i have 100% confidence in Gails quality skills to organise anything and everything to do with managing my properties. Gail is always ready to talk about any problems I have or questions I have and sorts things out very quickly. Never having sold or purchased a home it all felt a bit overwhelming and daunting. Where to start?, What was involved?, What should I do next? And so the questions went on. Fantastic experience

I bought and sold through Samuel Wood and can recommend them without hesitation. They are consummate professionals who were a pleasure to work with. My main dealings were with Russell, one of the co-owners, and Vicki, at the Craven Arms Office, both really lovely people. They and their colleagues were wonderfully helpful and made what might have been quite a stressful process rather enjoyable. I hope I’ll not move again but if I do I wouldn’t dream of using anyone else.

Great team of staff

Most people use Right Move or similar to search for property these days so what sets agents apart is the service and communication of the staff. The team at Samuel Wood were excellent on both counts throughout the process of selling my late Mother's house. Recommended.

First rate Estate Agent

I'm so pleased that I chose Samuel Wood to sell my mother's house. Everything was professionally handled with courtesy from the property valuation until the completion of the house being sold. Samuel Wood have been easy to deal with. Not being in the country with a lot of repairs & maintenance needed to our property it all has been organised by Gail who has kept us up to date managing a lot of trades etc. Gail has been a pleasure to deal with, she has been efficient & reliable.
