Get ready for new Boxing Day TV property adverts!
Did you know that Boxing Day is one of the busiest days in the year for new home searches on property portals like Rightmove and On the Market - both of which we advertise with here at Samuel Wood.
Once the hectic activity of Christmas Day is out the way, families relax with their phones and look for a new home!
Earlier this month, On the Market (OTM) launched a new website, logo and branding, and to hit this property searching high, new TV adverts from OTM will be on air from Boxing Day.
The new TV campaign focuses on its Only With Us proposition, making it clear to consumers that OnTheMarket lists thousands of new properties every month, 24 hours or more before Rightmove or Zoopla. There's also a big focus on generating valuation leads through some hard-working 10-second adverts.
This is the company's biggest spend ever on TV over the festive period and the campaign continues until the end of February.
The advert will run nationally on:
• A mix of high audience programming on free-to-air channels (ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5)
• A multitude of hard-working digital channels, including many Sky channels
• Catch-up services of the ITV Hub, All4, My5 and Sky, via the Finecast addressable TV network.
You'll see the ads running in programmes like The Voice Kids, Emmerdale & Coronation Street on ITV and in Sunday Brunch on Channel 4.
The new campaign will also be simultaneously rolled out to radio, press and all the paid social media and digital display campaign assets.
