The market in April has been exceptionally buoyant with in excess of 50 sales recorded by Samuel Wood & Company as a group.
Whilst the slightly better weather has brought out more prospective buyers, they are still not out in as many numbers as we would hope. However, hopefully, a prolonged spell of good weather will not only help the gardens but also the property market!
My fellow Partners made a visit to Warwickshire to attend a regional meeting of the Mayfair Office and it was refreshing to see how other agents have coped over the difficult spell but all report increased activity and are looking forward to a great summer.
